Paint correction is a professional polishing process used to remove defects from a vehicle’s clear coat — bringing back the depth, gloss, and clarity that years of wear have dulled.
Common paint defects include swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, water spots, and etching from bird droppings or sap.
Unlike a polish or wax that hides imperfections temporarily, correction permanently removes them by leveling a microscopic layer of clear coat.
A genuine restoration of the finish — not a cover-up.
Correct imperfections caused by improper washing, automated car washes, or environmental damage.
Paint correction restores the depth and clarity your paint had when it left the factory — or better.
Correction creates the ideal surface for ceramic coatings or PPF to bond to.
A flawless finish reads as a well-kept vehicle — and buyers notice.
Three levels of correction based on how much defect removal your paint needs.
Best for newer vehicles with minor marring.
Ideal for daily drivers with moderate defects.
Best for show cars, luxury, and heavily marred vehicles.
Experienced polishers, proper tools, and a measured approach.
We measure clear coat thickness before cutting, so correction is done safely without damaging paint.
Dual-action and rotary polishers paired with the right pads and compounds for your specific paint.
Detail-specific lighting reveals every defect, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets over-polished.
Our corrections are built to be the perfect foundation for ceramic coatings or PPF.
Careful, measured, and completely reversible where it counts.
A full wash, chemical decon, and clay treatment prepares the paint for accurate inspection.
We measure paint depth and run a test spot to dial in the exact compound and pad combination.
Correction is performed panel-by-panel with passes calibrated to each area’s specific defects.
A finishing polish maximizes clarity, then the vehicle is inspected under detail lighting.
Yes. Correction physically removes defects from the clear coat — they do not come back. Future defects can be prevented with ceramic coating or PPF.
An enhancement polish takes a day. A one-step correction typically runs 1–2 days. A multi-step correction can take 2–4 days depending on vehicle size and condition.
Correction removes a microscopic layer of clear coat. When performed with paint depth measurements, it is completely safe and can be done more than once over a vehicle’s life.
For best results, yes. Ceramic coating locks in whatever is underneath — including swirls and scratches — so correction should be done first.
Deep scratches that have cut through the clear coat cannot be polished out. We’ll inspect and tell you upfront what can and can’t be corrected.
